On 25 November 2025, Le Temps and Heidi.news will host the eighth edition of the Health Forum at the Palais de Beaulieu in Lausanne.
The healthcare system is misnamed. Focused primarily on treatment, it repairs but often intervenes too late, at a time when the population is ageing and chronic diseases are on the rise.
The evening’s debates and round tables will address several themes: why does prevention remain the poor relation of health policy, despite its immense potential? To what extent should we anticipate disease by increasing the number of preventive examinations? Can connected devices become allies for our health or, on the contrary, will they excessively medicalise our lives? Does this require a fundamental review of how health insurance works? Finally, should health be enshrined in the Swiss Constitution as a right that goes beyond mere access to care? Join Le Temps and its guests to explore these issues and rethink our collective relationship with health.
