Microtech and Medtech company, Acrotec Group, has an new CEO. François Billig, CEO of the Acrotec Group (“Acrotec” or the “Group”), becomes non-executive Chairman. Didier Deltort, the new CEO, brings extensive international management experience in the fast-growing medical technology and additive manufacturing sectors as the Group enters a new phase of its development.



Acrotec, a leading industrial platform specializing in high-precision micromechanics, today announced the appointment of Didier Deltort as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”), effective March 2, 2026. François Billig, founder of Acrotec and head of the Group for more than 20 years, will become non-executive Chairman. In this capacity, he will assist Didier Deltort in taking up his new position and support the Board of Directors in developing and implementing the Group’s long-term value creation strategy. This change is part of a long-planned succession process, reflecting Acrotec’s rigorous approach to governance and its commitment to leadership continuity.

Didier Deltort has over 30 years of experience in the medical technology and high-tech industries, combining in-depth expertise in engineering, production, and international management. He has held executive positions at HP Inc., Zimmer Biomet, Boston Scientific, and GE Healthcare. He has recently been involved with several innovative SMEs in the healthcare sector as a director and chairman of boards of directors. During his career, Didier has worked in Switzerland, Europe, the Middle East, and the United States, leading and collaborating with multicultural teams.
