Smart Protein Project | In search of a meat substitute
HES-SO Valais was selected to take part in the Smart Protein European project which aims at finding a substitute to meat. The valaisan Institute of Life Technologies will focus primarily on the quality control aspects.
The Smart Protein project strives to find a sustainable nutrition alternative to meat to help diversify the world population’s protein consumption and support a healthier living.
