The Digital Health Projectaton, organised by eHealth Suisse is taking place from 22 to 23 September 2026 in Bern
The Digital Health Projectathon is an interoperability and conformity test marathon. For several days, participants can test their own products live on site for interoperability and, if necessary, adapt them to the findings during the event.
eHealth Suisse’s reference environment will serve as the common testing environment. The new Terminology Server of the federal administration, which will also be used for the future Swiss Health Data Space, can be tested for the first time. As usual, the relevant technical profiles for the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) will be available for testing. For the second year, the Federal Chancellery and eHealth Suisse organise the testing for the national electronic identity (eID) and the AGOV authority login service (authentication service for Swiss authorities).
The event is organised by eHealth Suisse together with the Federal Chancellery. The aim is to enable EPR communities and their technical providers to test patient and healthcare professional access to the EPR based on a simulation (beta ID) of the new national electronic identity, the Swiss eID, and AGOV.
