UNDAE, a University of Lausanne (UNIL) spinoff announces the opening of the final stage of its Seed funding round to a broader community of business angels and investors.
UNDAE has developed a non-intrusive mattress topper fitted with pressure sensors. With medical-grade accuracy, it helps diagnose sleep disorders.
By capturing the complexity of sleep over multiple days rather than relying on a single-night assessment, Noctae continuously analyzes hundreds of physiological, lifestyle, and environmental signals to provide healthcare professionals with a more complete understanding of patients’ sleep health. This enables a more accurate assessment of sleep disorder severity, supports better clinical decision-making, and allows for personalized treatment strategies and continuous monitoring of therapy effectiveness.
UNDAE has already secured 70% of its Seed round with an outstanding group of investors who contribute not only capital, but also valuable expertise, industry knowledge, and strategic support. The valuation of the company is set at CHF 5,5M.
The company is now opening the final phase of its funding round to additional investors who want to support the future of preventive healthcare, digital health, and sleep medicine. Investment can start from CHF 20,000 (with smaller tickets abvailable from end of July).
For investors interested in joining UNDAE’s mission to redefine sleep diagnostics and improve patient care, more information is available through the crowdfunding platform.
