Aspivix launches a new crowdfunding campaign

Following the success of its first crowdfunding campaign in 2025, which raised €1.9 million from over 300 investors, Aspivix is today launching a new campaign on the Capital Cell platform.

This campaign forms part of an overall funding round of CHF 2 to 4 million, in which several long-standing investors are also participating, demonstrating their renewed confidence in the medtech company’s strategy, its progress and its growth potential.
Founded in the Swiss Health Valley, Aspivix is developing carevix®, the first clinically proven, CE-marked and FDA-approved atraumatic cervical stabiliser, designed to replace the Pozzi forceps, which have been used for over 200 years in numerous gynaecological procedures, notably the insertion of intrauterine devices (IUDs). Randomised clinical trials have demonstrated a significant reduction in pain, bleeding and cervical trauma.
Today, carevix® is marketed in 19 countries and is generating its first commercial revenue. The funds raised will primarily be used to continue demonstrating Aspivix’s commercial traction and to accelerate its development in the United States and Europe, whilst continuing to develop carevix® EVO, its next-generation platform.
