BioAlps, the association responsible for the life sciences cluster of western Switzerland – Swiss Health Valley – brings together and animates an ecosystem of more than 2,400 stakeholders. To support its development and strengthen its organization, BioAlps is looking for an Administrative & Project Development Coordinator.



Your Mission

You will contribute to the smooth operation of the General Secretariat, support the Association’s governance, and take charge of structuring projects related to reporting, impact monitoring, structuring information from monitoring activities, and showcasing the ecosystem. You will notably contribute to preparing reports, booklets or informational mini-sites, in collaboration with the Senior Communication & Event Manager, and support the search for related funding where relevant.


Your Main Responsibilities

  • Managing the Secretary General’s calendar, appointments and requests.
  • Managing and directing requests received through BioAlps’ general channels.
  • Developing a tool for reporting and tracking activities, impact indicators and ecosystem-showcasing outputs.
  • Supporting the preparation of reports, booklets, mini-sites, institutional files and cross-functional projects.
  • Contributing to structuring knowledge of the ecosystem, structuring information from monitoring activities, seeking dedicated sponsorships, and improving internal processes.



Your Profile

  • Higher education or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience in administration, coordination or project management.
  • Excellent writing, organizational and summarizing skills.
  • Comfortable with data, digital tools, reporting tools and information-showcasing materials.
  • Interest in seeking funding, sponsorships or partnerships related to content production.
  • Strong interest in innovation and life sciences; scientific education or experience is an asset.
  • Excellent command of French and good command of English.
  • Autonomy, reliability, pragmatism and an entrepreneurial spirit.
