HUG‘s Experimental Cell Therapy Lab has developed a stem cell based magical healing sponge
The bioabsorbable sponge has proven to be very promising following the first tests in the lab. The bandage encourages activity, survival and proliferation of cells which in turn fosters vascularisation and healing without being rejected by the patient.
