HEIG-VD, Health System and Management, is pleased to present a series of new continuing education programmes.
Innovative technologies are implemented daily in the healthcare sector. However, their impacts are not properly identified and cause difficulties for staff, services, departments and, more broadly, healthcare organisations. This training course aims to clarify the main concepts relating to innovations and their organisational impacts, but also to discover and mobilise tools to better identify, qualify or quantify them, and even promote them.
Competencies
This training course will enable you to:
- Master the key concepts of innovation and value creation;
- Understand the work and tools developed by the OECD on innovation and its organisational impacts, and the adaptation made for reimbursed health technologies (HAS);
- Master their use through concrete examples that have been the subject of missions or research projects (e.g. drug stock management robots, small medical devices, AI for cancer diagnosis, etc.);
- Identify the key points and limitations of these tools in order to conduct a relevant analysis.
This training course is particularly aimed at management executives, directors and middle managers in healthcare organisations and institutions.
