The 2025 >>venture>> Award Ceremony at ETH Zurich brought together the brightest minds of Swiss innovation, with nearly 400 startups submissions and 18 finalists celebrated across six verticals. Among the standout innovators, three Swiss Health Valley startups were awarded.
In the Health & Nutrition category, Clee Medical SA, a Geneva-based, Wyss Center spinoff, earned 3rd place for its groundbreaking neurotechnology. Combining ultra-high-resolution imaging, AI navigation, and minimally invasive tools, the Geneva-based startup is transforming brain surgery and redefining neurotherapies. Clee Medical is on a roll, the startup got a V.A. de Wigier Award a few days ago.
ProSeed Ingrédient SA, awarded 3rd place in Social & Environmental Impact, addresses the urgent need to upcycle wet food industry by-products. With proprietary technology, ProSeed ensures sustainability without compromising food-grade standards, setting a new benchmark in circular food innovation. The young company opened in February 2025 its first plant in Martigny, Valais.
In Retail & Consumer Services, Berninox SA, a Neuchâtel-based company, took 2nd place with its premium, eco-friendly oral care products. Swiss-designed and sustainably made, Berninox proves that daily essentials can be both hygienic and high-end.
The Grand Prize went to MyNerva and the Audience Award Winner went to Nerai Bioscience, two Zürich-based projects.
