He is an experienced Trademark & Design Attorney specializing in counselling, intellectual property acquisition, trademark prosecution, trademark portfolio management, licensing and business transactions related to intellectual property.
  • Matthias Kügele is an experienced European French & Swiss Patent Attorney at Katzarov specializing in patent filing strategies, patent prosecution, patent litigation, patent portfolio management and valorisation. His technical expertise includes medtech, IT and AI.
  • Sophie Künzi is an experienced European Patent Attorney at Katzarov. Her legal practice is focused on patent drafting and prosecution, patent oppositions, freedom-to-operate assessments, IP strategy (both business- and technology-oriented), IP contracting, IP guidance to projects, IP training in biotech, pharma and health industries.
