The Geneva Dermatology Day 2025 is taking place on 26 March 2025 in Geneva.
The Geneva Dermatology Day is a Swiss dermatology congress, combining medical education, exchanges alongside the WHO Skin NTD Meeting 2025, and philanthropy in support of the World Skin Health Day initiatives of ILDS and ISD.
The Congress is a 1-day single-track medical education & social events, and includes:
Scientific Sessions: Uphold the highest standards of dermatological care and provide a platform for continuous medical education
- Session 1: Skin Cancer & Melanoma. Emerging treatments, diagnostic methods, and preventive strategies, offering insights into improving patient outcomes and addressing the challenges in combating these diseases
- Session 2: Inflammatory Dermatoses. Pathogenesis, diagnosis, and treatment modalities, navigating through conditions like psoriasis, Atopic dermatitis, eczema, and lupus erythematosus
- Session 3: Aesthetics & Cosmetics. Transformative approaches to beauty and wellness, elevating patient satisfaction and confidence
- Session 4: Trichology. Intricacies of hair and scalp disorders, covering diagnosis, treatment, and emerging therapies for alopecia, scalp conditions, and restoring hair health for optimal patient outcomes
Exchange Sessions: Foster collegial relationships among peers, and exchange with Institutional Leaders alongside the WHO Skin NTD Meeting 2025
World Health Organization (WHO) works with international institutions towards integrated control and management of skin-related neglected tropical diseases (skin NTDs). In 2025 the 3rd WHO skin NTDs global meeting will be held in Geneva (800 participants from 86 countries in 2023). Distinguished guests include:
- Dr. José-Antonio Ruiz-Postigo, MD, PhD, Medical Officer, WHO Skin NTD
- Prof. Nellie Konnikov, President ISD (International Society of Dermatology)
- ILDS Board Members invited (International League of Dermatological Societies)
