InnoFood & co returns for its 4ᵉ edition at the Forum Fribourg on 17 June 202.
A key event dedicated to agri-food innovation in Switzerland, each year it brings together key players in the ecosystem: researchers, entrepreneurs, institutions, producers and project leaders.
The day is designed to help innovative ideas emerge and transform them into concrete, sustainable solutions with a real impact. InnoFood & co offers a lively space for reflection, exchange and collaboration, with networking opportunities designed to encourage meetings, strategic discussions and professional opportunities.
This year’s event will feature two inspiring talks.
- Dominique Truchot Cardot (Institut et Haute École de la Santé La Source) will discuss the nutritional challenges facing Switzerland and the opportunities they represent for the agri-food industry.
- Xavier Cornut (Switzerland Global Enterprise) and Dr Ina Gruber (Swiss Business Hub Austria) will be talking about exporting Swiss products and the prospects for international development.
The programme will also feature a number of parallel sessions on three key themes:
- Support for innovation
- Fermentation and biotechnology
- Food trends and habits in Switzerland
