How can we reconcile quality of care with environmental responsibility? This conference, organised by Haute École de Santé Valais Wallis on 14 January 2026, will present initiatives and strategies for a more sustainable healthcare system.

The healthcare sector has a considerable environmental impact: energy consumption, waste management, massive use of single-use materials, travel. How can we reconcile quality of care with environmental responsibility? This conference will present concrete initiatives and innovative strategies to reduce the environmental footprint of the healthcare system, opening up avenues for more sustainable healthcare practices.
