Aktiia raises new funds to finalise last steps towards market entry
Neuchâtel-based Aktiia, created in 2018, has developed a cuffless blood monitoring device, based on 15 years of research, which uses standard optical sensors. The device and analytics methodology were validated through clinical trials which took place at the Lausanne University Hospital.
On 24 March 2020, the start-up announced raising CHF 6 million from Swiss and international investors. These new funds will be used to finalise the last milestones paving the path towards market entry.
