European Academy of Neurology – Start-up Corner

Startups in neurological field can showcase their advancements at the 12th Congress of the European Academy of Neurology (EAN) in Palexpo Geneva from 27 – 30 June.

The EAN Congress is one of the leading neurology events worldwide, a hybrid annual meeting uniting clinicians, researchers, educators, industry partners, residents, students, and patient representatives for four days of science and education.

To qualify as start-up, the following criteria must be fulfilled.

The submitting company:

• has not been founded more than ten years ago.
• features (highly) innovative technologies and/or business models.
• has or strives for significant employee and/or sales growth.
• must not receive substantial financial resources from an existing company in the field of neurology.
• must not have had a booth at an EAN Congress prior to applying for the first time.

Start-up Package – € 2,500

• Booth (approximately 4m²) with backwall and furniture (counter, barstool, brochure stand, carpet, power socket).
• Basic cleaning and waste disposal
• Exhibitor badges with access to the exhibition and 1 transferable badge with access to the EAN congress programme
• Access to the exhibitor lounge with catering.
• One company profile on the virtual congress platform and app.
• Acknowledgement as a start-up on the acknowledgment board onsite, the congress website, virtual platfom and app.

Start-up Booth + Start-up Talk Package – € 6,500

Includes all benefits of the Start-up Booth Package, plus:.

• 10-minute Start-up Talk during a dedicated 30min pitch sesion in the Neuro Theatre with stard AV equipment (held during the afternoon coffe break on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday).
• Announcement of the programme in the industry pocket programme, the Congress App and on-site at the Neuro Theatre.
