Since 1995, GENILEM helps entrepreneurs in Vaud and Geneva to build innovative and responsible businesses

GENILEM supports innovative entrepreneurs, helping them to overcome today’s challenges and create sustainable solutions for tomorrow’s society. The association offers them advice, training, coaching and access to a network to increase their chances of start-up success.

Founded in 1995 by Armand Lombard and Anne Southam-Aulas in association with the cantons, the Chambers of Commerce and the Cantonal Banks of Vaud and Geneva, GENILEM (Génération Innovation Lémanique) has supported over 300 new companies during the first three years of their growth, creating over 3,000 jobs.

GENILEM’s activities are supported today by nearly 50 sponsors who share the same vision and contribute to the renewal of the local economy.
