The National Regulatory Conference is taking place on 17 October 2024 in Bern.
Facing the complexities of various established and upcoming regulations, the Swiss medtech industry finds itself in challenging terrain. The event will focus on «Navigating the Regulatory Jungle with a Swiss Compass» and aim to shed light on these challenges, offering insight and practical advice.
This event will provide a comprehensive overview of ongoing political negotiations and the latest regulatory measures affecting Swiss medtech companies.
A plenary session is designed to illuminate the status of political discourse pertaining to regulatory frameworks. The breakout sessions will address both the remaining challenges of the MDR / MedDo and the new challenges of increasing digitalisation.
In addition, we will explore practical implications of sustainability regulations in Switzerland and the EU from diverse viewpoints. Subsequently, ample time is reserved for knowledge transfer and discussion.
